Group Walks

We believe that dogs are pack animals by nature — that’s why we put so much energy into our group walks. When a dog sees himself as part of the pack, with a clear leader and fellow members to make him feel safe, he is able to relax and exercise. This fosters not only a physically fit and healthy dog, but a mentally balanced pup as well.

Our group walks are full-force romps on mountain trails or in dog parks, consisting of no more than 5 dogs at a time. With pick-up and drop-off times, dogs are usually with us for at least an hour, with an actual exercise time of 45 minutes or more. Our dog walkers work hard to create stable packs, and put a lot of thought into which dogs will create the best group cohesion.

Private Walks

We offer a variety of lengths for private walks in order to meet your needs; shorter or longer walks can both be accommodated, including quick pee breaks.

Sometimes it’s not possible to walk dogs in groups. This can be due to the sensitivity or sociability of your dog, or to factors stemming from their age, temperament, and mobility.

We recommend walking puppies alone until they are a little bit more mature. Older dogs can often benefit from private walks as well, allowing them to move at their own pace in areas they know well.

Pet Sitting

Heading out of town? Having a pet sitter come to your home is a great way to make your cat feel cared for while staying in a familiar environment. Cats do best in their own homes and our cat sitting services allow them to stay comfortable while having a sitter check on them once or twice a day, based on their needs.

Our cat sitters strive to keep your cats happy, healthy, and safe. We pay special attention to dietary and any medication needs, while making sure there is plenty of time in each visit for playtime and cuddling (if your cat so wishes). We’re also happy to bring in your mail, switch up the lights or curtains, and water your plants — even when Minou is the only one at home.

While we do specialize in cat sitting, we also provide at-home visits for other indoor pets, including rabbits, birds, lizards, and hamsters.

House Checks

Going away with your pet? Not a problem, we can come check on your home regardless. With intermittent house checks, you can feel secure that someone is keeping an eye on things while you’re away.

We’re very happy to bring in the mail, adjust your lights and curtains, and set the TV or sound system to help deter thieves, giving your home a lived-in appearance.

While we’re checking on your house or apartment, we can also water your plants (both indoor and outdoor) to keep them thriving until your return.
